Within thirty days (30) of puppy’s 6 month birthday, the adopter agrees to supply Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue with a veterinarian’s sterilization certificate by mail as proof of the neuter/spay. This is the responsibility of the Adopter, not the veterinarian, to ensure that Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue has received the verification that the surgery has been performed. If Adopter fails to neuter/spay this puppy or does not provide proof to Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue within fourteen (14) days after surgery, then agreement will be considered breach of the Contract, and Adopter will transport dog back to Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue and will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event that the dog’s health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue must be provided a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in physical and/or emotional condition for surgery. Based upon the veterinarians evaluation of said dog, a date shall be established when the surgery can be performed.
Once the spay/neuter is complete and the veterinarian certificate has been received by Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue, a reimbursement of $50.00 will be issued to the Adopter.
Please email Spay/neuter proof of certificate to nicole@snootygiggles.com.
